Trabajo remoto y bienestar: análisis cienciométrico mediante una revisión sistemática en el contexto empresarial

Este estudio analiza la relación entre trabajo remoto y bienestar organizacional, abordando su relevancia post-COVID-19. El objetivo fue examinar, mediante un enfoque cienciométrico, las tendencias y desafíos presentes en la literatura científica reciente sobre esta temática. Basado en la metodología PRISMA con búsqueda en Scopus (2020-2024), se analizaron 31 artículos con herramientas como VOSviewer y Scimago Graphica. Los resultados muestran una producción interdisciplinaria (Ciencias Sociales, Medicina y Negocios), con patrones temáticos en salud mental, equilibrio trabajo-vida y satisfacción laboral. Geográficamente, la investigación se concentró en Europa y Asia, enfocándose en la adaptación organizacional post-pandémica. Se concluye subrayando la necesidad de desarrollar indicadores objetivos para medir el bienestar en contextos remotos y profundizar en el estudio de modelos híbridos, integrando variables culturales y organizacionales específicas.
